Capital City Act

An Act to designate a central city for Harrison.

KNOWING that governments need a central location to house operations in,
ENVISIONING a great city where Harrisonians can join each other,
BELIEVING a central city would benefit Harrison,
HEREBY enacts the Capital City Act.

Short Title

(1) This act may be referred to as the “Capital City Act”.

Establishment of a Map

(2) A pixel map shall be established to represent Harrison’s Capital City.
(3) The map shall be 150 x 150 pixels.

Diagonal Avenues

(4) Two avenues shall protrude through the city diagonally.
(5) The avenue marked with “H” shall be entitled Wonheda Avenue.
(6) The avenue marked with “T” shall be entitled Navol Avenue.

Horizontal Streets

(7) The horizontal streets shall be numbered from top to bottom: 1st Street, 2nd Street, 3rd Street, and 4th Street.

Vertical Streets

(8) The vertical street designated A shall be named, “A Street”.
(9) The vertical street designated B shall be named, “B Street”.
(10) The vertical street designated C shall be named, “Executive Street”.
(11) The vertical street designated D shall be named, “D Street”.
(12) The vertical street designated E shall be named, “Capitol Street”.
(13) The vertical street designated F shall be named, “F Street”.

Plot Designations

(14) The plots of the city shall be divided into numbers in no particular sequence.
(15) Until specified in another Statute, all undefined plots shall remain unoccupied.

Important Buildings

(16) Plot 6 shall house the Capitol Building.
(17) Plot 11 shall house the White House.

Addressing Plots

(18) All plots’ locations shall be designated by the plot number followed by the vertical street to the right of the plot.
(19) If a plot does not have a vertical street to its right, the left vertical street shall suffice.

Reserved Plot

(20) Plot 30 shall not be defined and shall remain undefined.
