Census Reform Act

An Act to ease the requirements of running the Census.

OBSERVING that posting in Regional Message Board every year is redundant,
REALIZING that the current Census is very tasking to maintain,
HEREBY enacts the Census Reform Act.

Short Title

(1) This act may be referred to as the “Census Reform Act”.

Reformation

(2) Every odd year Census shall be combined with its following even year Census.
(3) The Census will conclude at the end of every even year.
(4) If a nation fulfills a title, such as Active Member, for one year of the two year chunk, the title shall be applied for the entire two year Census.
(5) Voting and commenting on Discord shall also be accepted requisites to becoming an Active Member.
